Nella and Mark came to us with a vision to completely reimagine their first-floor layout, creating a more functional and modern living space. Their goal was to enhance the flow of their home by relocating the kitchen, adding a Full bathroom and dedicated laundry room, and remodeling both the living and dining areas installing new Vinyl floors.
To achieve this transformation, we carefully restructured the layout, which involved moving the entrance door and several walls to optimize space and improve functionality. Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure that the new design not only met their aesthetic preferences but also enhanced their everyday living experience.
