This project offers potential clients a glimpse into the full range of services we can provide to transform a house into a dream home. Sandy and Michael reached out to us even before purchasing their property, with a clear vision in mind: to completely remodel their future home from top to bottom and make it truly their own.
And when we say everything was redone, we mean everything.
We began by stripping the house down to the studs, removing all old asbestos ducting, and gutting the backyard and pool area. From there, the transformation took off.
We built a front addition to accommodate a brand-new kitchen, added a fully equipped pool cabana with plumbing and electrical ready for ADU conversion, and completed a range of custom upgrades: BBQ area, pool, jacuzzi, garage conversion, Turf, Concrete driveway, patio and patio cover, new roofing, upgraded insulation, new HVAC system with heat pump, Santa Barbara smooth stucco, a custom kitchen, four bathrooms, and much more.
All of this was completed—fully permitted—within just 5 months!
